It was a perfect day for a turkey trot!! Each of the past years the Striders had attended the Flying Turkey 5k but unfortunately this and many others had cancelled.
In order to fill the void we had a Striders turkey trot at Harms Woods. I was pleasantly surprised how many turned out to share time at the start of their Thanksgiving holiday.
I am blessed with the opportunity to coach such an incredibly motivated and dedicated group of runners.
